“our” mean the PrideBiz business and, as applicable, the entity responsible for the relevant transaction

or service. The entity responsible for a particular transaction will be determined by the PrideBiz sales

channel through which the transaction was originated and processed.

This policy applies to website visitors, consumers, business representatives, prospective and current

customers, referral partners, and other individuals who interact with PrideBiz. It does not govern the

independent privacy practices of listed businesses or third-party services.

business contact details.

 Account information, login credentials, communication preferences, and support requests.

 Business-listing information, including business name, address, category, description, website,

social-media links, photographs, logos, ownership or representative details, and service information.

 Transaction information, such as purchased services, order history, billing address, and payment

status. Payment-card data may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by

PrideBiz.

 Referral Partner information, including identity, contact information, taxpayer forms, payment

information, referral records, sales activity, and communications.

 Complaints, reviews, reports, correspondence, uploaded documents, and any other information you

choose to submit.

 Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, language, device identifiers, and

general location derived from IP address.

 Usage information, such as pages viewed, searches, clicks, referring pages, session duration,

interactions, and error logs.

 Cookie, pixel, local-storage, analytics, and similar technology data.

 Security and fraud-prevention information.

 

Information from other sources

 Publicly available business information.

 Information from referral partners, listed businesses, users, service providers, social-media

platforms, and business partners.

PrideBiz may disclose personal information to:

 Service providers supporting hosting, cloud storage, website operation, payment processing, email,

customer support, analytics, security, accounting, tax reporting, marketing, and professional

 Listed businesses and users when information is intentionally published in the directory or submitted

to facilitate an interaction.

 Referral Partners and business partners as necessary to attribute a referral, administer

commissions, or perform an agreed service.

 Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks, and financing sources.

 Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably

necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and platform integrity.

PrideBiz does not disclose personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of a data sale.

6. Public Directory Information

Information included in a public business listing may be viewed, copied, indexed, shared, or

republished by users, search engines, and third parties. Businesses should not submit personal

information they do not want made public. Removal from PrideBiz does not guarantee removal from

third-party caches, archives, search results, or independent copies.

 

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PrideBiz and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and

similar technologies.

 Strictly necessary technologies support security, authentication, checkout, preferences, and

essential website functions.

 Analytics technologies help measure visits, searches, performance, and user interactions.

 Functional technologies remember settings and enhance features.

 Advertising or social-media technologies may measure campaigns, support remarketing, or enable

of the information and the size and complexity of our operations. No system or transmission method is

completely secure, and PrideBiz cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized

deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures; to opt

identity and locate relevant records. PrideBiz may request additional verification, may deny or limit

requests where permitted by law, and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy

rights.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification of authority and identity.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and PrideBiz does not knowingly collect personal

information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact

PrideBiz is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your

information may be processed in the United States or other countries where laws may differ. PrideBiz

will use lawful transfer mechanisms where required.
