operated by two affiliated entities under common management. References to “PrideBiz,” “we,” “us,” or
“our” mean the PrideBiz business and, as applicable, the entity responsible for the relevant transaction
or service. The entity responsible for a particular transaction will be determined by the PrideBiz sales
channel through which the transaction was originated and processed.
This policy applies to website visitors, consumers, business representatives, prospective and current
customers, referral partners, and other individuals who interact with PrideBiz. It does not govern the
independent privacy practices of listed businesses or third-party services.

Contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and

Account information, login credentials, communication preferences, and support requests.
Business-listing information, including business name, address, category, description, website,
social-media links, photographs, logos, ownership or representative details, and service information.

status. Payment-card data may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by
PrideBiz.
Referral Partner information, including identity, contact information, taxpayer forms, payment
information, referral records, sales activity, and communications.
Complaints, reviews, reports, correspondence, uploaded documents, and any other information you
choose to submit.

Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, language, device identifiers, and
general location derived from IP address.

Information included in a public business listing may be viewed, copied, indexed, shared, or
republished by users, search engines, and third parties. Businesses should not submit personal
information they do not want made public. Removal from PrideBiz does not guarantee removal from
third-party caches, archives, search results, or independent copies.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
PrideBiz and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and
similar technologies.
Strictly necessary technologies support security, authentication, checkout, preferences, and
essential website functions.
Analytics technologies help measure visits, searches, performance, and user interactions.
